Eligibility & Timing

Used EV Credit (IRC 25E)
Up to $4,000 for qualifying pre-owned EVs with sale price ≤ $25,000 and income caps. Great option for budget-friendly electrification.
Volvo EVs & Eligibility
Final eligibility is VIN-specific. Many EX30/EX40 builds have non-North-American final assembly and typically do not qualify for 30D. The EX90 is assembled in South Carolina and may qualify depending on battery sourcing/MSRP and your income. We’ll verify at the time of sale.
